Online Courses

In the online courses, all three preludes, asanas and mudras are taught alternately. The course can be attended by beginners as well as advanced, as the work is building-up.

Participants can take part in the course using the Zoom Link. The lesson is recorded and is available to all participants for a week.

Private Sessions

Beginners are strongly encouraged to attend a private lesson in order to establish whether the Shadow Yoga method is suitable. People with special requirements (eg injuries, health issues, pregnancy etc) are also advised to attend a private session since the practice can be adapted to meet individual needs.

Workshop

KARTIKKEYA MANDALA - GARLAND OF LIGHT (Part 1)

In this workshop we focus on the first part of the third prelude, accompanied by asana vinyasa.
This prelude consists of diverse spiralling and twisting movements which remove deep inner blockages and free up the energetic pathways. It prepares the student for more advanced asana work.

The workshop is open for students with Yoga experience.

Workshop

KARTIKKEYA MANDALA - GARLAND OF LIGHT (Part 2)

This workshop builds on the first part. The entire third prelude is worked through, asanas and mudras are taught. The sequence of movements is deepened in connection with the bhandas and breathing.

The prerequisite is either the first part or previous knowledge of the third prelude.

Workshop

KARTIKKEYA MANDALA - GARLAND OF LIGHT (Part 3)

This workshop serves to deepen the third prelude, to learn some more difficult asanas, mudras and inversions.

Requirement is Part1&2 or good knowledge of the third prelude.

Workshop

CHAYA YODDHA SANCALANAM - CHURNING OF THE SHADOW WARRIOR (Part 1)

In this workshop a part of the second prelude will be conveyed. This prelude consists of warrior and sun forms and spiral movements. The warrior forms are round / circular, relieving tension on the preiphery of the body. The sun forms are linear and strengthen the central inner energy.

The workshop is open to anyone interested in Shadow Yoga.

The aim is to bring the Prelude so close to the students that they can then practice it alone at home.
